- PROBLEM: There were no standardized guidelines or effective strategies for conducting discovery at Dwolla, leading to inconsistent approaches across teams with varying levels of experience.

Problem
How should we be doing discovery as a product team? There are no clear guidelines or real suggestions of how to do it efficiently and every team has varying degrees of experience in doing discovery.
As a product team member, it would be helpful to my work if I was able to view a flexible guideline of how to do discovery at Dwolla.
After creating a draft discovery workflow, I gathered feedback from product team members and other stakeholders to create Dwolla’s own version of Discovery and presented it to the product team.
