This project was created in Q1 of 2022 and presented to the product team after time for feedback.
Problem: How should we be doing discovery as a product team? There are no clear guidelines or real suggestions of how to do it efficiently and every team has varying degrees of experience in doing discovery.
As a product team member it would be nice if I was able to view a flexible guideline of how to do discovery at Dwolla.
After creating a draft discovery workflow, I gathered feedback from product team members and other stakeholders to create Dwolla’s own version of Discovery and presented it to the product team.
